Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Power Brickz. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly return process. Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- 1.1 Purchase Verification: Only items purchased directly from powerbrickz.com (Power Brickz™) are eligible for return.
- 1.2 Proof Required: A valid order number or receipt is required to start a return.
- 1.3 Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- 1.4 Discounted Items: Items purchased with a discount code are still eligible for return unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- 1.5 Mandatory Pre-Resolution Step: Before any return or refund request can be processed, the customer must first contact our customer service team at support@powerbrickz.com and allow a minimum of 5 business days for a solution to be proposed (replacement part, supplementary guide, video assistance, etc.). Any return or refund request submitted without this prior step will be automatically suspended until this procedure has been completed.
⚠️ Final Sale (Important)
Items labeled "Final Sale" (including certain discounted, clearance, or promotional items) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law. If an item arrives defective or damaged and is marked Final Sale, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.
2. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Power Brickz takes fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Any chargeback initiated without a prior written complaint submitted to our customer service team will be treated as an unauthorized dispute and contested in full.
⚠️ Evidence submitted to your bank in case of chargeback
For every chargeback received, Power Brickz will systematically provide the following evidence package to our acquiring bank:
- Proof of Delivery (POD): photograph of the parcel at the point of delivery
- Full tracking history including tracking number and all transit events
- Complete order details: items ordered, quantities, amounts, and timestamps
- Full communication history with the customer (emails, support tickets)
- Photographic evidence provided by the customer during the claim process
- IP address, device fingerprint and purchase confirmation data
Administrative fee for abusive chargebacks: In the event that a chargeback dispute is resolved in favour of Power Brickz, an administrative handling fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to the customer to cover processing and dispute management costs. This amount will be invoiced directly to the customer and may be pursued through debt collection if unpaid.
Permanent account ban: Any customer found to have initiated an abusive or fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our platform and their details reported to fraud prevention networks.
3. Missing Parts Claim Procedure
If you believe a part is missing from your order, you must follow the procedure below within 7 days of receiving your parcel. No refund or return will be granted for this reason without completing these steps:

- Photograph the entire contents of your order spread out on a flat surface (all parts visible).
- Send these photos along with your order number to support@powerbrickz.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will verify with our warehouse and ship the missing part(s) within 5 to 10 business days at no charge.
⚠️ Claims for missing parts submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. No return or refund will be issued for this reason without photographic evidence submitted within this period.
4. Assembly Difficulty & Manual Assistance
Power Brickz kits are designed for passionate builders. If you experience difficulties following the assembly instructions, this does not constitute a valid reason for a return or refund.

Power Brickz reserves the right to refuse any refund based solely on the perceived complexity of assembly instructions, where assistance has been offered and declined or not used by the customer. The subjective difficulty of a manual does not qualify as a product defect under consumer protection law.
5. Return Process
- 5.1 Initiating a Return: Contact us at support@powerbrickz.com with your order number and reason for return, after completing the mandatory pre-resolution step (Section 1.5).
- 5.2 Approval & Return Label: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- 5.3 Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.
- 5.4 Drop-off: Drop your package at the carrier location indicated on your prepaid return label.
- 5.5 Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns approved under this policy. Your return label is fully prepaid by Power Brickz™.
7. Return Conditions
- 7.1 Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- 7.2 Non-compliance: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.
- 7.3 Inspection report: All returned items are subject to a photographic inspection report. In the event of a dispute, this report constitutes official evidence of the condition received.
8. Refunds
- 8.1 Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout (for example: card, PayPal, Shop Pay). Refunds cannot be redirected to a different account, card, or payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
- 8.2 Timeline: Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after inspection and approval. All refunds are conditional upon the physical receipt and verification of the returned item. No advance refund will be issued.
- 8.3 Delivery Issues: In case of delivery issues (loss, theft, or damage), please contact us immediately at support@powerbrickz.com so we can assist with a carrier claim.
9. Exchanges
- 9.1 Exchange Requests: Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the product you would like in exchange.
- 9.2 Shipping: Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost once the original item is received and verified.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital vouchers
- Downloadable products
- Items marked as Final Sale or clearance
11. Cancellations
11.1 Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation at any time within 12 hours after placing your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. After 12 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies after delivery.
12. International Returns
This policy applies to international orders. International returns follow the same return process described above. However, the exact carrier drop-off location and return routing instructions may vary depending on your country. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide country-specific instructions and a prepaid label (when available for your destination) or the most appropriate return solution based on local carrier requirements.
