These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.powerbrickz.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: fraud, spreading harmful code, or attempting to compromise the security of other users. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
3. Products and Pricing
- Accuracy: We strive for maximum accuracy in descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
- Currency: Prices are displayed in the customer’s local currency whenever available, based on geographic location. Final prices are confirmed at checkout.
4. Orders and Payments
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. This may include orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. In the event of an order cancellation, we will notify you via the email provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. While we offer free worldwide shipping and include duties/taxes (DDP), delivery estimates (6–8 business days) are not absolute guarantees and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, residents of the EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Power Brickz extends this to a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Power Brickz. Use of our intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Targa Trading / Power Brickz shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products or the website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
