Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. A tracking number is sent automatically as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Duties, Taxes & Customs
All shipments are sent under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). This means no additional charges upon delivery – all customs duties and import taxes are already included.
