Every Power Brickz™ set comes with everything you need to build your masterpiece — all bricks carefully sorted by section, plus the necessary components such as motors, remote controls, LED lights, and decals (when applicable).
Each order also includes a spare parts bag and is shipped in our collector’s packaging for a premium unboxing experience.
Most of our kits include a detailed instruction manual.
However, for our Designer MOC series, we supply the complete pack of high-quality bricks, but the instructions must be purchased directly from the original designer. This ensures that the creators are fairly compensated for their work.
How to check? It’s very simple: if a manual is sold separately, a clear mention with a direct link to the designer is displayed right below the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. If you don't see this mention, the manual is included!

If a few pieces are missing, simply contact our support team at support@powerbrickz.com with your order number and set name.
Our team will send the missing parts for free, anywhere in the world, as part of our Spare Parts Guarantee.

Shipping & Handling

Yes, we offer free international shipping on all eligible orders to supported destinations.
All shipments include tracking and insurance. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country.
Estimated delivery time is usually 6–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local courier services.
Orders are generally processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs procedures.
In most cases, the price displayed at checkout includes applicable duties and taxes.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, eligible orders may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returned items must be inspected and approved before a refund is processed.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@powerbrickz.com.
After shipping, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can still request a return once you receive the package.
Tracking & Delivery
Get answers on where to find your tracking number, when your order will be
shipped, and what to do if your tracking number isn't working.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can also access tracking information by logging into your Power Brickz account under “My Orders,” if applicable.
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to become active after shipment.
If your tracking number has not been updated after this period, please contact support@powerbrickz.com — we’ll check the status and assist you right away.
