1. Eligibility for Returns

  • 1.1 Purchase Verification: Only items purchased directly from powerbrickz.com (Power Brickz™) are eligible for return.
  • 1.2 Proof Required: A valid order number or receipt is required to start a return.
  • 1.3 Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • 1.4 Discounted Items: Items purchased with a discount code are still eligible for return unless they are clearly marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Final Sale (Important)

Items labeled “Final Sale” (including certain discounted, clearance, or promotional items) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by applicable law (for example, if an item arrives defective or damaged). If an item is Final Sale, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Return Process

  • 2.1 Initiating a Return: Contact us at support@powerbrickz.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • 2.2 Approval & Return Label: Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • 2.3 Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • 2.4 Drop-off: Drop your package at the carrier location indicated on your prepaid return label.
  • 2.5 Inspection & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns approved under this policy. Your return label is fully prepaid by Power Brickz™.

4. Return Conditions

  • 4.1 Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • 4.2 Non-compliance: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

5. Refunds

  • 5.1 Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout (for example: card, PayPal, Shop Pay). Refunds cannot be redirected to a different account, card, or payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
  • 5.2 Timeline: Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days after inspection and approval. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • 5.3 Delivery Issues: In case of delivery issues (loss, theft, or damage), please contact us immediately at support@powerbrickz.com so we can assist with a carrier claim.

6. Exchanges

  • 6.1 Exchange Requests: Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please specify the product you would like in exchange.
  • 6.2 Shipping: Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost once the original item is received and verified.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital vouchers
  • Downloadable products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or clearance

8. Cancellations

8.1 Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation at any time within 12 hours after placing your order, provided your order has not already been shipped. After 12 hours, or once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and the standard return process applies after delivery.

9. International Returns

This policy applies to international orders. International returns follow the same return process described above. However, the exact carrier drop-off location and return routing instructions may vary depending on your country. Once your return request is approved, our support team will provide country-specific instructions and a prepaid label (when available for your destination) or the most appropriate return solution based on local carrier requirements.
