Shipping policy

At Power Brickz, we offer free international shipping with full tracking and shipping insurance included on all eligible orders. Deliveries are handled by trusted international carriers and local last-mile partners to ensure reliable and secure delivery.


1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

1.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

1.2 Shipping Time (After Dispatch)
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within an estimated timeframe of 6–8 business days for all supported destinations, regardless of country or region.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Remote areas, customs inspections, or carrier congestion may occasionally extend transit times.

1.3 Shipping Cost
All eligible orders include free standard international shipping. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout unless explicitly displayed.

1.4 Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

1.5 Customs & Duties
Whenever supported for the destination and carrier route, shipments are sent under Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) terms, meaning customs duties and import taxes are included in the final price shown at checkout. If a customs authority requests additional information, the customer must respond promptly to avoid delays.

  • Asia: Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Singapore
  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are not currently shipping there. Please contact our support team before placing an order.


3. Delivery Responsibility

3.1 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

3.2 Failed Deliveries / Returned Parcels
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, reshipping may require additional fees. Refunds (if applicable) exclude non-recoverable carrier costs.

3.3 Carrier & External Delays
Power Brickz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions. We will assist you with tracking and resolution.


4. Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasons, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you informed and assist where possible.


5. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@powerbrickz.com with your order number and photos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
