Every Power Brickz™ set comes with everything you need to build your masterpiece — all bricks carefully sorted by section, plus the necessary components such as motors, remote controls, LED lights, and decals (when applicable).

Returns & Refunds

Yes — if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Simply contact our support team at support@powerbrickz.com to initiate your return.
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your item.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@powerbrickz.com.
After shipping, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can still request a return once you receive the package.
Tracking & Delivery
Get answers on where to find your tracking number, when your order will be
shipped, and what to do if your tracking number isn't working.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
You can also find it by logging into your Power Brickz™ account under “My Orders.”
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive your tracking link via email.
Don’t worry!
Tracking numbers take 2–5 business days to become active once your parcel enters the courier system.
If it still doesn’t update after 5 days, reach out to support@powerbrickz.com — we’ll check the status and assist you right away.
