3.2 Non-compliance: We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

Important: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Power Brickz™ cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs afterward. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

5.2 Shipping: Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost once the original is received and verified.
